Education Level - Bachelor in Electrical Engineering.
Job Description
*Evaluating the work program target meets the actual work progress.
*Managing the entire electrical works including schedules, manpower deployment method and time, material purchase decisions, etc.
*Mobilizing the entire workforce including laborers, and operators in work.
*Taking measurements of work performed at the site for preparing bills.
*Preparing Running and final bills including measurement sheets and as-built drawings.
*Coordinating with the project manager and client’s representative for smooth execution of the project.
*Supervising the construction work and evaluating the work being done is as per actual planned.
*Prepare, schedule, coordinate, manage and monitor the assigned projects.
*Handle all site reports and documentation regularly
Maintain project files.
*Attend site meetings and provide assistance related to engineering works.
*Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
*Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales.
*Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager.
Job Specification
*Minimum 5 years of experience in construction of Building Projects / External Electrification Projects.
*Should have knowledge in External Cable and Panel Board Installation with sound knowledge of supervision in the site.
*Ability to read, understand and summarize trade documents, including drawings and specifications.
*Understanding of construction industry processes including cost estimating, planning, scheduling, materials procurement, cost *control and quality management.
*Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Site management and problem-solving skills.
*Competent analytical skills.
*Ability to work with urgent deadlines, flexible priorities and manage multiple team leaders.
*Proficient in report writing both in Nepali and English.
Offered Salary: NPR 40 K Plus OT with Lodging and Fooding.
